Edit Bing/Google Map Location and Update in database

I want a page in admin panel of my website from where there should be a
map [may be google maps or Bing maps] there will be a default position
indicator in the map for current property, what I need is that i want to
update property location using map, not entering any lat-long in text
boxes. I want to drag and choose position and save it by hitting submit
button.
Is that any functionality in google or bing or any other API? I am
researching if from number of days but nothing in result.
